Known for his ability to seamlessly blend global culinary influences with refined techniques, Sergio’s culinary journey has taken him from the kitchens of world-class yachts like M/Y Seven Sins and M/Y SuRi to exclusive dining tables in Ibiza, Miami, and beyond.
